We did it!! 🥳🎉🎊 The Faerie Emporium: Magical Spellbooks & Potions - Enamel Pin Collection Backerkit campaign has officially ended. We are fully funded with all pin designs and stretch goals unlocked! Thank you so much for supporting our new pin collection! ❤️

🏆 Project Milestones 🏆

Our Backerkit campaign ended yesterday with a total funding of $10,105 CAD and 261 backers supporting our project! This project is currently both our highest-funded project on Backerkit and our project with the largest number of backers!! We also reached 1000+ followers on Backerkit 🥳 Thank you so much! 🥹💙

This year's Pintopia also reached a record-breaking $2,162,609! What an incredible achievement! 🎉 We are so excited to see all these pin, plushie, and ita bag projects come to life! Thank you so much for supporting small art businesses and our creations! 🩷



✍️ Backerkit Surveys Coming Soon! ✍️

Backerkit surveys will be emailed to all backers soon. We cannot fulfill your pledge rewards without your survey response. The survey let us know which pin designs you are pledging for and the address to ship your pins to. The survey also helps us determine the quantity of pins we need to order from our manufacturer.

We will be sending out smoke test surveys to 5% of backers first. If the smoke test surveys have any issues or concerns, we greatly appreciate any feedback! You can message us on Backerkit or email us at [email protected]. 

Once we receive the responses from the smoke tests and everything looks great, the rest of the surveys will be emailed out! We are aiming to send out the smoke test surveys within the coming week. We will post another update once the surveys are ready! 

⏳ Pay-Over-Time Backers⏳

If you are a backer who opted for the Pay-Over-Time payment option, you will receive your survey after your final payment has been made or once the payment has been paid in full. Don't worry! We will order extra pins to ensure Pay-Over-Time backers will receive their pins. 🗓️ Reminder of Payment Schedule 🗓️

Just a reminder that your payment will be split into two separate payments. By this time, Backerkit should have already charged backers the first payment. Please double-check that your payment methods are up-to-date and that the payments went through. The payment schedule is expected to be as follows:

  • 1st Payment (February 12, 2026): Includes only pledge level fee and campaign add-ons

  • 2nd Payment (March 9, 2026): Includes shipping fees, taxes (applicable in Canada only), survey add-ons, and any outstanding payments

🚚 Reminder of Shipping Fees 🚚

Just a reminder that shipping fees are collected in the 2nd payment (March 9th, 2026). Every package will include tracked shipping. The shipping fees are as follows:

  • Canada: $10 CAD
  • USA: $25 CAD (About $18.29 USD) | Deluxe Collection: $35 CAD (About $25.60 USD)
  • Australia: $17 CAD 
  • UK/EU: $14 CAD
  • International: $14 CAD

Note: We understand shipping to the USA has gotten expensive due to the tariff situation between the United States and Canada. If we find cheaper shipping alternatives to the US by the time we fulfill orders, we will refund backers the difference. Listed shipping rates are in Canadian Currency (CAD).

To our project followers, if you missed our Backerkit campaign, you still have one more chance to get the new collection at discounted prices through our Backerkit Pre-Order Store. However, any Backerkit early-bird perks, incentives and freebies will be excluded from pre-order store purchases. Extra pins from this collection will be available for sale online at a higher price.

🌺 New Pin Design & Colour Variants 🌺:

We wanted to share that we added a new pin design, Lily of the Valley Display Pin, to the campaign. This pin design comes in 3 colour variants (white, pink, and blue). We also added a blue colour variant of the Angel Wing Potion Pin to the campaign. These pin designs are considered unlocked. To add these pins to your pledge, please add another faerie item pin or potion pin add-on.

Just a reminder that extra stretch goal items are not included in the deluxe collection.

🌷 Reminder: Pay Over Time Option Now Available 🌷:

The Pay Over Time option is now enabled for this project. This option allows backers to split pledges of $150 or more (before shipping and tax) into four interest-free, automated monthly instalments, and no additional charges. You can switch to Pay Over Time at any point before the campaign ends. After the campaign ends, you cannot switch to a Pay Over Time payment plan.

Thank you to everyone who voted in the poll for the next campaign item! The most popular vote was for a new spellbook pin! After some brainstorming and sketching, we have now added the Healing Lotus Spellbook Pin to the campaign! This pin is considered unlocked. To add this pin to your pledge, please add another spellbook pin add-on. This pin is not included in the deluxe collection.





🌼 New Colour Variant - Angel Wing Spellbook (Blue) 🌼:

We are officially fully funded in just under 12 hours! 🎉 All pin designs and campaign items are now unlocked! 😱  That's incredible!! Thank you so much, everyone! Here is a review of all the unlocked items and freebies available from our campaign!




🥳 Project Milestone 🥳:

Our project and Walnut and Clam's project are also in the top three cross-collab projects so far for Pintopia 2026! I am not sure if this will last until the end of the campaign, but it is incredible to see our projects on the front page of Pintopia! Thank you for backing both our projects!
